Kjo Rregullore percakton menyren e funksionimit, detyrat dhe pergjegjesite, procedurat e punes, thirrjen dhe mbajtjen e mbledhjes, menyren e vendimmarrjes dhe votimit si dhe veshtjet e tjera perkatese te rendesishme per punen e Keshillit Drejtues te Muzeut Kombetar te Kosoves (ne tekstin e metejme MKK).

REGULA TION (MCYS) NO. 0112019 ON THE WORK OF THE GOVERNING COUNCIL OF THE NA TIONAL MUSEUM OF KOSOVO

Article 1 Purpose

This regu lation shall set out the way of functioning, duties and responsibilities, procedures, calling and hold ing the meeting, the manner of decision-making and voting, as well as other issues relevant to the Governing Council of the National Museum of Kosovo (hereinafter as NMK).

Ovaj Pravilnik odreduje nacin funkcionisanja, zadatke i odgovornosti, procedure rada, pozivanje i odrZavanje sastanka, nacin odkucivanja i glasanja kao i ostala doticna pitanja ra delatnost Upravnog Saveta Nacionalnog Muzeja Kosova (u daljem tekstu NMK).

Article 3 Functioning of the Governing Council

1. The Governing Council is the governing collegial body, exercising functions and determining the general policies for the activities of NMK - under the Law no. 02 L - 088 on Cultural Heritage, bylaws deriving from this law and Law No. 02/L-57 (18 August 2006), on Cultural Institutions and and the Statute of the National Gallery of Kosovo.
