Subject: 2018 Philippine National Games
Dear
In line with the commitment of the Commission to develop and promote sports through encouraging sports programs to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence for the development of a healthy citizenry, we are set to hold the 2018 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL GAMES from 19 to 25 May 2018 in Cebu City.
Philippine National Games (PNG) is the national competition program for Filipino athletes aged 18 years old and above. The program encourages all local government executives to invest in the development of sports within their respective areas. It also aims to widen the base to select potential athletes for future national and international sports competitions, primarily the quadrennial Olympic Games.
