Region IV-A will jointly conduct an “Advance Training Course: Program Management for PCOs ” on September 26 & 27, 2014 at the SPLASH MOUNTAIN Km 58. Barangay Lalakay, Los Baños, Laguna. The program will be most beneficial to PCOs and other professionals who are currently working as mid-level managers, administrators, and technical personnel of a proposed projector in a newly established/expanded facility. The Training aims to (a)define PCO goals and objectives; (b)dissect the requirements of the ECC, EMP and permits; (c)prepare a checklist of PCO activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and (d)draft work, engagement and resources management plan to implement the PCO activities and achieve PCO goals and objectives. In this regard, we would like to invite your company to send your designated PCO/s. This training forms part of PCAPIRegion IV-A Chapter’s Continuing Education Series for PCOs which aims to make appointed PCOs enhance quality and productivity by helping them acquire environment-relevant skills and stay ahead of compliance developments. Training fee is at P7,800.00 (Live-In, Non-PCAPI R4A Member) / P6,000.00 (Live-Out, Non-PCAPI R4A Member) inclusive of meals, training materials, electronic copies of presentation materials and PCO’s training certificate.
