ACTTo appropriate amounts of money for the requirements of the State in respect of thefinancial year ending 31 March 2001.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, asfollows:—

Appropriation of amounts of money for requirements of State

1. Subject to the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1of 1999), there are hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the 5requirements of the State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2001, theamounts of money as set out in column “Vote” under column 1 of the Schedule.

Short title

2. This Act is culled the Appropriation Act, 2000.
