THE MAGNA CARTA FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS

I. DECLARATION OF POLICY COVERAGE

Sec. 1. Declaration of Policy. Sec. . Title Definition. Tis Act sall !e *no)n as te /0a(na Carta for P&!lic Scool Teacers/ an" salla##ly to all #&!lic scool teacers e+ce#t tose in te #rofessorial staff of state colle(es an" &ni%ersities.

Sec. 1. E,&ality in Salary Scales. Te salary scales of teacers )ose salaries are a##ro#riate" !y a
