Report Summary

Warehouse Reports Returned Material Serial Numbers Not Found This report list the serial numbers of material returned which were not found for material that had serial numbers captured.

Material Work Flow Reports Service Purchase Orders Not Received Into Warehouse This report lists the Services Purchase Orders created to acquire materials which have not been delivered and Received by the warehouse staff.

Service Purchase Orders With All Unit Prices = Zero This report list Services Purchase Orders where all the Unit Prices are zero. This indicates the order was received without a Purchase Order and the Unit Prices (or cost for the material) have not been assigned yet.

Received Lots Not Processed This report lists the Lots received into the warehouse that have not been processed by the warehouse staff.

Sales Orders Not Yet Loaded This report lists the Sales orders which have been completed but have not been loaded for shipment.

Inventory Reports Current Inventory This reports list the current inventory level for all materials/products in the warehouse.

Warehouse Location Current Inventory This reports list the current inventory level for all materials/products in a specific warehouse location.

Variance Reports Service Purchase Orders and Receiving Variances This report lists differences between the Services Purchase Order's listed requested quantity and the actual quantity received by the warehouse staff.

Lot Net Weight Differences in Receiving - Processing This report list Services Purchase Orders where all the Unit Prices are zero. This indicates the order was received without a Purchase Order and the Unit Prices (or cost for the material) have not been assigned yet.

Administrative Reports Cost Revenue Report By Lot Number This report lists the costs and revenues associated with the acquisition and sale of material at the lot level including labor, shipping and warehouse overhead.

Data Update Report By User Id and Date This report lists the updates to key table record fields including the User Id who made the change, the before and after values, and the exact time the change was made.

Labor Cost By Employee and Date This report details the labor hours listed in the receiving, processing and shipping functions in the warehouse.

Lot Material Status Report This report lists the Material By Lot and its current status Purchased, Sold, and remaining Inventory and is usually used to report back to the material supplier.

Returned Serial Numbers

This reports displays serial numbers of items returned which where not found for the vendor and shipment date listed

Material Work Flow Reports

This reports displays Services Purchase Orders entered into the system that have not arrived at the warehouse

This reports displays Services Purchase Orders which have been Received but have not been Processed yet.

This reports displays Services Purchase Orders which have all Unit Prices equal to zero. This usually occurs when material is received with out a Purchase Order in place and one is automatically created as part of the Receiving process.

This reports displays Sales Orders which have not been loaded for shipping.

Inventory Reports

This reports displays all the current inventory in all warehouses. This is the actual inventory when the report was run. You may rerun the report to determine the current actual inventory or you may use the Sales Order Form to check the real time inventory level for an individual product or item.

This reports displays all the current inventory in a selected warehouse location. You may retrieve all the data by not entering any selection criteria in the dropdown boxes or you may select one or both to filter your report information.

This reports displays all the current inventory in a selected warehouse location. Note the different types of items at this location. This is a reflection of the flexible use of the inventory location feature defining locations as zones that allow for multiple items to be stored in a single location. This is helpful when staging material for processing and shipping.

Variance Reports

This reports displays all the Service Purchase Orders which have a difference in the number of Units on Order and the number received.

This reports displays all the Received Lots which have a difference in the amount of material received and the amount of material processed.

Admin Reports

This reports displays the profit by Lot. This page shows the material acquired and the associated cost of obtaining the material and the cost of processing the material into inventory including the warehouse/firm overhead. The following pages of the report lists the sales for this Lot, the remaining inventory from this Lot, and the commission and profit figures for the Lot.

This page of the report displays the sales of the Lot material by Sales rep, by Customer including shipping and labor associated with the shipping function for that particular customer. Note that the order of the display is constant but there maybe be many items purchased and many items sold so the report could be long and have the information on many pages

This page displays the summary information of the Lot material sold and the resulting net revenue. This page also lists the Lot’s remaining Inventory items to be sold.

This page displays the summary information of the Lot - the Total Sales, Total material cost, Profit before commissions, and the profit after commissions. The commissions are zero until the Profit Before Commissions is greater than zero on the Lot.

This is the Data Update Report By User Id and Date Range. If no selections are made in the dropdown boxes, the report is all inclusive or you may enter a value 1, 2 or all 3 dropdown boxes. The report includes changes to data on the Services Purchase Order, the Receiving Form, the Processing Form, the Sales Order Form, and the Shipping Manifest Form. Data changes to the Services Purchase Orders are shown here. This information helps determine if the changes are made in the course of executing the normal duties or if there may be patterns established that indicate changes made outside of the norm which may require additional training or indicate a source of shrinkage.

This report is the Labor Cost By Employee and Date. It shows all of the labor costs for an employee by date. The report will retrieve all of the data or will filter by employee or by date or both. You may select no values or any combination of values in the 3 dropdown boxes.

This page shows the Receiving Labor for all employees from March 1st. The cost of receiving for the date range is totaled by each employee.

This page shows the Receiving Labor Total for all employees from March 1st. The Processing Labor is also shown here.

This page shows the Shipping Labor for all employees from March 1st.

The Lot Material Status Report is very similar to the Cost/Revenue Report by Lot. It does not contain the financial information but includes the Services Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Remaining Inventory information. This is used to report back to the material suppliers for information regarding the disposition of their recycled materials.

This is the information for the Sales Orders. Note that there have not been any sales of the material at this time.

This is the information for the remaining Inventory for the Lot. In this case, all of the original material acquired is still in Inventory.
