Panel Discussion: International Trials Under Scrutiny: Are prosecutions the key to accountability for mass crimes in Africa? The panel discussion will feature a range of opinions on international courts and their impact in Africa. The audience will be invited to ask questions and make comments throughout the moderated debate.
