Would you like to help our Friends of the School Association?
If you can offer time to help with fundraising and enrichment events, please email [email protected] as we do have some spaces available. If you could let us know your availability to support with such events, FOSA will then be able to contact you.
FOSA would also value ideas you have for fundraising and events in school. Again, please email [email protected] with any suggestions you have.
FOSA will be holding a Christmas Stall at the performances this year and will have a suggestions box available there too. We would also like to think of re-naming our FOSA family for the New Year and your ideas will be asked for during this time.
Thank you for your continued support.

A Note From The Digital Leaders:We know that lots of children in our school use different apps and games to talk to their friends online. We wanted to share some top tips with you that will help you to keep your child safe.
● Check the age ratings of apps - many apps require you to be 13 or even 16 to use them.● Talk to your child regularly about who they are messaging and what they are talking about and
sharing.● Limit online friends to people that you know in real life.● Have some daily family time without any technology.● If your child should receive a message that they don't like, block the user and report them to the
service.
Above all, make sure that your child knows that they can talk to you about whatever they may do or discover online.
Our school website has lots more practical help on how to check the suitability of apps, set up filtering and report problems. Visit this page to find out more: http://www.oldparkprimary.com/parents/online-safety/
Thank You
