TMA Mission

To provide Government agencies with customized training, learning, and human capital solutions that maximize individual,

team, and enterprise performance.

• Established in 1982 as a reimbursable program in OPM

• Contract vehicle for quick access to private-sector contractors with expertise in developing and implementing learning and human capital solutions

• Current contract period is through 3/31/12

• Manage 550+ projects annually

• Support 140+ government customers

• If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately & establish a plan to get back on track.

• If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable time, with your concurrence your TMA Project Manager can move the project to another contractor in days.

•TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.
