1. The sample(s) was not evaluated to the Normal Use testing requirement specified in ASTM F963-08, Section 8.5. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer, vendor or distributor to conduct tests that will simulate normal use conditions. These tests shall also simulate the normal play mode of the toy and to simulate the expected mode of use of the particular toy. The tests shall be conducted in an expected use environment. These normal use tests shall simulate the intended use of the toy based on its estimated lifetime.
2. Based on visual evaluation andlor malerial breakdown received, there is no polyvinyl chloride (PVC) found in the samples submitted and thus the corresponding testing of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act with reference to the Hazardous Products Act, SORl2010-298 regarding to the restriction of use of certain phthalates content have not been conducted.
3. The received sample(s) contained non-scrapable surface coating material(s), therefore such coating material(s) was not subject to the soluble heavy metals analysis of ASTM F963-0B, uSlandard consumer safety specification on toy safety", section 4.3.5.2, as specified in section 8.3.3.1 (2).
4. The sample was submitted with hangtag, considered not to be packaging, thus the presence of declaration of identity, net quantity and responsibility is reported as N/A only.
5. Only perform the test of age grading requirement, CPSIA tracking label requirement & client's CSPA warning requirement, all other test result & data has been transferred from Technical Report No. (6611 )239-0263 dated September 05,2011 per client's request.
