Introduction

This program consists of stripping zones of various sizes. The purpose of the

stripping was to examine the cause of electromagnetic anomalies detected by

ground survey.

(See figure 3, 4)

Also to sample the bedrock geology for potential gold and base metal

mineralization. Stripping of the south zone was to follow up on nickel anomalies

discovered in 2008 stripping.

Location and Access

The stripping areas are located in Flavelle Township on claim 3003775 (eight

units) and also on claim 3014002 (eight units) in the Larder Lake Mining Division

Ontario. The claim is located just south of highway 66 approximately 20 km east

of Matachewan, and 35km southwest of Kirkland Lake. It can be reached by a

logging road running south of highway 66.

Previous Work

Due to overburden cover, this area was not extensively prospected. OGS field

work included this area in reports in 1917 and 1966. Airborne geophysical surveys

were flown by OGS as part of their Operation Treasure Hunt (2000) and discover

Abitibi (2004) initiatives.

1923 Geology Report, Veteran Gold Group

This earliest report on the property, with the outcrop and no geophysics was later

described as liThe of a optimistic, imaginative speculator"

1984 Magnetic & VLF Electromagnetic Survey, Gross and Flavelle Township,

Larder Lake Mining Division, tlgross Group", M. Leahy

This Mag. Survey found two discontinuous parallel bands of Mag. Highs

interpreted to represent magnetic iron information. EM revealed three parallel

conductors thought to represent sulphide iron in the form of pyrite.

1988 Magnetic and Electromagnetic Report, resource Hysoex Inc., Raymond

Lashbrook.

This survey outlined several anomalies on the property. A horizon was identified

that was 200-300m thick containing several iron formation bands. The EM

anomaly picked up a possible shear zone and several sulphide/graphitic bearing

horizons flanking the magnetic anomalies in the south portion of the property.

2001 Report on Geophysical Work, D. Londry

This work outlined one magnetic high anomaly and two bedrock conductors

they were detected in the EM survey of the magnetic anomalies in the south

portion of the property.

2002 Prospecting Report for the MT-Property, Gross Township, Falconbridge

Limited, Christopher Wright.

' ..

1\10 outcrop was found on the claim block and therefore no bedrock source of

AEM conductivity could be determined from this work.

2006 Results of a Drilling Campaign, Dianor Resources, Jean-Pierre Cloutier

One hole was drilled by Dianor Resources to a depth of 100.5 m in an attempt to

explain a 250m by 150m wide magnetic anomaly combined with soil geochemical

anomaly which could be caused by a diamond bearing kimberlite pipe. No

kimberlite was intersected and the anomaly was caused by disseminated pyrite.

Stripping Program

Stripping was carried out on mining claims 3014002 ( eight unit) and 3003775

(eight unit) in the Flavelle Township (See Figure 2). The overburden in the area

ranged from 0.5 meters to 2 meters deep. The equipment used was a backhoe

with a 5 meter reach mounted on a skidder. Shovels and grub hoes were used to

explore areas for sampling.

Conclusions

The anomalous nickel samples found in stripping zone 20 in 2008 were extended

along the edge of the swamp and outcrop area for a distance of approximately

200 meters in the south zone.

In the north zone additional stripping exposed new areas of spalerite and

galena and chalcopyrite. This area was prepared for subsequent blasting and

drilling.
