On or about Saturday, July 19th

, 2013, around 4pm in the afternoon, a frantic phone call came from the

Secretary of State for The United States of America, by the Secretary of State himself, one Leslie Todd

Kynett to the general post masters.

It was reported by the Secretary of State that one of the Deputy Prosecutors of DOUGLAS COUNTY,

STATE OF NEVADA called the Secretary of States mother, to report that there is a suspicion that the

Secretary of State may be involved in Domestic Terrorism and could potentially be a Domestic

Terrorist. The report was immediately delivered to the Governor of The United States of America and

another general post master.

The sense of urgency coming from the general post masters was for the following reasons:

1: In the federal United States, when someone is labeled a Domestic Terrorist by Homeland Security

and the Southern Poverty Law Center, their lives are automatically in danger. The reason for the danger

is because of one incident involving Jerry and Joe Kane:

Parking lot.

Since that time of the Jerry and Joe Kane incident, Homeland Security, through Southern Poverty Law

Center, headed by Morris Dees, have been spreading these lies about multiple organizations as Hate

Groups, Violent Groups in the name of the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

CharityWatch (formerly the American Institute of Philanthropy), an independent organization

that monitors and rates leading nonprofits for their fundraising efficiency, has consistently given

the SPLC its lowest grade of F (i.e., poor) for its stockpiling of assets far beyond whatCharityWatch deems a reasonable reserve (three years worth of operating expenses) to tide itover during donation-lean years. But even if the SPLC werent sitting on an unspent $256

million, according to CharityWatch, it would still be a mediocre (C+) performer amongnonprofits.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, in the name of the FBI, have been going to each County of the federal

United States, spreading lies about the people that believe in the Bill of Rights calling them murderers,

violent hate groups, anti-government, racists, etc Basically scaring the hell out of the local police and

Sheriffs into a paranoid frenzy against anyone that does not want to be a part of the Democratic Party

and its policies. The Campaign has been so successful as you can see from the financial holdings of

Southern Poverty Law Center above, that anyone listed as a Domestic Terrorist qualifies as Attempted

Murder by Homeland Security and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Morris Dees of Southern Poverty Law Center and Janet Napolitano of Homeland Security, formerly

known as the United States Shipping Board are in conspiracy together to systematically eradicate the

political opponents of the Democratic Party which qualifies as genocide under the Rome Statute Articles

6 to 8.

Most if not all Political assassinations and murders are carried out by un-suspecting local police and

Sheriffs. One of the witnesses as general post master did suffer the same profiling about 30 days after

the Jerry and Joe Kane event with no connection to the incident whatsoever. One of the witnesses has

firsthand knowledge of this type of profiling and accusation of the person without probable cause and

evidence to support such profile and accusation and the danger that it causes to the victim and their

families of the Domestic Terrorist Profile. The result of the Domestic Terrorist Profile of the PERSON,if any of those people are pulled over in a traffic stop, multiple police and sheriffs show up at the traffic

stop and begin to use that Profile to bypass the Article the fourth, also known as the Fourth Amendment

of the Bill of Rights as Probable Cause which qualifies the Sovereign Citizens Domestic Terrorist Profile

as a political tool and lays the ground work to murder and assassinate political opponents of the

Democratic Party. This political tactic results in genocide by officers under the mind control of the

sovereign citizens political eradication program implemented by Homeland Security and Janet

Napolitano. Furthermore, it is impossible to receive a fair trial nor leave the local detention center

without a very high Bond. All of the Attorneys are very prejudicial towards the defendant, the fines

are usually higher which results in Bribes for the Judges to uphold the Official Profile. Also, the profile

results in constant surveillance by the local Sheriffs department, usually harassing the person until theyhave to move out of the area and constantly look over their shoulder for the rest of their lives for fear of

being murdered. The judges are allowing this political profile to remain on their records which results in

knowingly placing the profiled in danger of being murdered on a daily basis usually hiding the intent to

endanger the life of another for political reasons under the cover of a bench warrant.

The two general post masters reporting the crime are officially accusing and classifying any type of

Domestic Terrorist claim made by the Deputy Prosecutor of Douglas County, under the direction and

control of the Prosecutors Office of Douglas County, under the control of the Governor of the Territory

of Nevada, under Homeland Security, being influenced by a functionary of Homeland Security (Southern

Poverty Law Center), as Attempted Murder for the purpose of political assignations against the peoplewho do not share the views of the status quo of the Democratic Party. Furthermore, any future

accusations, in light of this testimony, will result in Attempted Murder charges against any Police

Officer or Sheriff that enforces a Domestic Terrorist Profile without any probable cause or evidence to

support such a profile because under these conditions, the probability of a murder taking place of the

profiled is dramatically increased in percentages. The lack of a drivers license does not constitute

Domestic Terrorism, basically because free inhabitants travel under Article IV of the Articles of

Confederation and the Articles of Confederation, as amended May 19th

optional, depending of the amount of liability that the American National is willing to suffer. All

American Nationals are bonded in the amount of 500,000.00 to cover any damage. Furthermore, the

Government of The United States of America has offered to cover any and all maintenance costs tomaintain the rural free delivery routes that abut the road and highway survey, to share in the light of the
