1. REPORT INTRODUCTION Notes The facilities and services in university has the competency to improve the development of a student socially and intellectually. The lack of facilities and its incompetent services in a university is unable to produce high quality of graduates to serve for the society purposes. For instance, the outdated facilities and services is unable to trigger the student’s mindset intellectually. In addition, the growing body of knowledge, the advancement of technology and the increase in students serves as a challenge for the university to constantly satisfy the variety needs and stimulate the mindset of students intellectually and socially through the usage facilities and services. In order to improve student’s intellectual and social development, the student’s perception on the facilities and services in UBD will be assessed. Write: (1) a clear statement of the problem posed by your chosen question, and (2) why the problem is of interest.
