Puravera has attended several seminars & conferences and has worked with the tourism cluster in a stand for the promotion of accommodation and activities found in our reservation/booking center.

Puravera attended the Estreamdura Birdwatching Fair 2011 held at the National Park of Montfragüe from 25 to 27 February.

This report will identify the actions and targets for the development and promotion of tourism in the region Shire of La Vera. Initially we identify the importance of this international trade fair due to the importance of bird tourism in Extremadura. Puravera has attended several seminars & conferences and has worked with the tourism cluster in a stand for the promotion of accommodation and activities found in our reservation/booking center. The day before the start of the international fair, Puravera in collaboration with Turextremadura offered a tour through the Shire of la Vera. This has been a great opportunity for the tour operators present on the summit to experience the “verata” region firsthand. Main objectives:
• Promotion of responsible tourism in the region Shire of la Vera, with special emphasis on bird and nature tourism. E.g. Activity canoe down the River Tiétar (ZEPA) Zone of Special Protection of Birds, among many others.
• Close agreements and strategic alliances with various tour operators attending the fair.
• Thanks to the invitation by the organization Puravera was present in the stock recruitment and we have been able to meet with the various tourism stakeholders to raise awareness of our product and region.
• Closure of agreements with partners in the area for the preparation of packages and complementary offerings.

Puravera has been able to closed several agreements with international and domestic tour operators. In addition we have closed strategic alliances with various companies for additional services with reference to the bird and nature tourism. Finally we were able to perform a work in promoting the region through our presence on the stand of the cluster of Extremadura. We leave you some pictures of the fair:
