Professional Project Management workshop program is uniquely designed to

assist professionals or practitioners (both with and without project experiences or

background) to identify project management environment and managing project in

line with the latest edition of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®

Guide) issued by Project Management Institute (PMI)®, USA.

We will go through project management body of knowledge concept step-by-

step. And the course will discuss an integrated approach that balances the

theories, methods and practices in managing project.

Other than the benefits of learning the project management knowledge and

practices, with our approach, participants will have common project management

language with other PM professionals from all around the world.

This workshop offers a new reliable approach in managing projects by combining

the practical with the theoretical approaches of up-to-date project management

knowledge and skills

After this workshop, the participants will:

• Understand the project management framework.

• Understand the PMBOK® Guide standards and processes in managing project.

• Be able to apply the tools and techniques of managing project.

• Use PMBOK® Guide to help their actual projects.

• Be able to use knowledge from this workshop to pursue project management

certification issued by PMI® such as CAPM® or PMP®

All in all, participants will be able to manage their project(s) and achieve the

objectives well whilst doing it in a professional-and-structured way.

development program through online learning format. Today’s global

development pushes us to be agile and adaptive in using technology to support,

complement, and enrich our conventional face-to-face program. And we are now

ready to this new normal.

Our team has developed a new approach where participants can complete our

also ensured that the experience of this approach will have almost the same

Virtual Learning Experience (VLE)

In this VLE programs participants can use the online learning platform (Zoom,

Google Hangouts, etc.) where our team will deliver all of our program activities

(training module, exercises, discussion, games, quizzes, etc.). They can join this

program while they are staying in their home, at their office, even at a café where

ever they feel comfortable.

In order to have fruitful sessions, to join this VLE program, participants need to

ensure and to have access to the following requirements:

• Uninterrupted internet access

• Laptop with good webcam & microphone

• Dedicated and uninterrupted environment

• Room/space with good lighting

Each of VLE session will last for 4 (four) hours with 15 minutes break after the first 2

hours. All participants are expected to actively participate as the program will

require many interactions between the facilitator and participants as well as

among all participants.
