The REOVIB MFS 268 series of variable-frequency regulators are speciallydesigned for controlling vibratory feeders. These units are available withDeviceNet, PROFIBUS-DP, RS232 interface, ProfiNet or EtherNet-IP interface. The units produce a highly stableoutput frequency that is adjustable in 0.1 Hz increments. Manual tuning time of the mechanical feed system is significantly reduced. The sinusoidal output meansthat the feeder runs quielty and provides gentle product handling characteristics.Settings are adjusted by using the touch-panel and the integrated digital display.The feed rate setpoint can be adjusted in several ways, including the use of 0...10V, DC or 0(4)...20 mA signals. For user parameter sets can be stored andrecalled. There is a current limit setting that is used to protect the electromagneticcoil against overloads. The frequency range window can be used to limit theadjustment band available to the user. Track controller and amplitude feedbackintegrated within the unit. The electrical connection is effected over terminals inthe front panel.The fixing is designed for the mounting on a plate in the cabinet.
