mportant tips for all people who are searching for rental house in Netherlands.

1. Agencies are supposed to take the Brokerage from the Landlord as they advertise their house.

2. Tenants only pay a one time cost for Documentation max 300 Euro. nothing more.

3. There is no concept of Giving advance amount to block any house. Never deal in cash even if

agency demands.4. The house advance(Deposit) and first month rent has to be paid to owners account directly.

5. Never transfer this amount to the agency even though they demand to. This is a trap.

6. Never sign the agreement without the sign from the owner.

7. Sign the agreement only while entering the house along with the Landlord.

8. Individual agencies take few houses advertised online and try to make as much money from

us.

9. They mainly target Indians for that matter. Beware.

Sharing this unpleasant experience with the agency Millionair Makelaar - Naveen Garg. These

are mistakes I did and got into the trap. Please take a note on the above points before dealing

with any agency for that matter.
