A) CIVIL WORKS

4 Providing waterproof in WC and bath at flooring and 1' high of

dado including brick bat coba- Clean the RCC slab surface & wall

for treatment by removing dust, dirt and layers of concrete over the

surface. Identifying the cracks, construction joints & filling the same

with Polymer Modified Mortar using POLYALK EP (Sunanda

Speciality Coatings Pvt.Ltd. or approved equivalent ). (IS code -

2645 - 2003) Injection grouting shall be done with providing and

injection non shrink cementations grout by mixing – 2 pouches (330

gms. each) of “SUNPLEX” (Sunanda Speciality Coatings

kgs of cement and sufficient water for flow ability, grouting the

same under pressure, complete. 24 hours after grouting is completed.

After completion of crackfilling & grouting ponding shall be done

for 3 days to ensure the success of pressure grouting, if there is no

leakages/ seepage/ dampness then only further activities shall be

started. Providing and applying three coats of “POLYALK WP”

all necessary approved fittings like heavy duty sliders, ballcatch,

handle, slow closer and any necessary hardware items. (Designer

4 Storage Unit- Providing and fixing storage units of full height as

per drawng. They shall consist of 18mm thk.marine. ply top,

sides,back, bottom, shelves and shutters. The bottom of the

storages shall be at 3” from FFL. The top of storages shall touch

the false ceiling level or 7'-0" ht. The shutter with box type higes

of approved make & steam beach lipping finished with melamine

with approved laminate on all the shutter edges. Division of the

shutters shall be made equally according to the length of the

storages (as approved by Bank/ architect). All the external

surfaces shall be finished with 1.0mm thick decorativeLaminate

(suede finish) of approved make.

18mm thk. Ply shelves removable type supported on side steam

beach wood battens on both sides at 16” interval ( approximately

/ divided equally) shall be provided. All inner surfaces shall be

finished with 0.8 mm white laminate including the shutters . Rate



and any necessary hardware items. The top ply edge should be

fitted with 19mm x 7mm size steam beach moulding finished

with melamine. Wherever the plywood comes in contact with

the wall Black Japan shall be applied on backside of the

plywood.

6 Providing and fixing TV unit consisting of 3 drawers of 12-16"
