STEPS FOR

RENEWAL IN COUNCIL OF ARCHITECTURE

ONE TIME PAYMENT OPTION

i) Please read carefully necessary window while processing for registration

ii) You may follow step by step guide for renewal

iii) Before registration scan your original degree and send to council of Architecture renewal email id renewal-coa@gov.in

iv) You may also read the instruction which are mentioned in council of architecture website on left side column of registration and renewal side in that Instructions for Online Services for Registered Architect and later can be followed this

iv) Don’t panic during registration as you may again login with your email id and password

GENERAL NOTES

Step 1i) Open Council Of Architecture website

ii) Now scroll down and on right page there is option login here click on itiii) Login with your email and password which council has send you on your registered

email id or else password which you have done custom in your COA Account

Step 2i) After login, the screen will appear in this format check all your details

ii) Now Click on Architects Column in that click on Renew Certificate or You may also click on Click Here to view/pay your dues

iii) Now check your all details Please Note : If you have given Registration No via Provisional Certificate you will not able to make one time payment as it will show you locked, once it is updated from council of architecture side it will be unlocked and you will be able to pay one time payment, for unlocking you have to submit the scan copy of your Original Degree that should be between 250 to 300 kb to the council of architecture renewal department email id renewal-coa@gov.in

For Architects whoever has opt the Registration No via Degree they can proceed easily for One Time Payment option

Also note in some cases, if it is not uploaded please call to council of architecture contact no

iv) After clicking on submit option you may proceed for payment of Rs.6000/- to COANow click on the make payment, the payment mode is online only, so you may pay online through many option available on it like credit card, debit card, internet banking etc. mostly international banking and nationalize banking recommended schedule co-operative bank is less available so be ready with your pins and otpnumber, also checked with taxation slab while doing the transaction so there is diffrentmode of payment has different taxation slab.

v) Now when you done with online payment you will get receipt of payment by status success, make pdf and keep in your record as well take printout of it

vi) After all the things done go to Architects option under that renew certificate and click on print renewal form of Rs.6000/- and take the printout, signed the document where architect is mentioned and also kept in your record with making PDF.

Step – 2i) Now gather all your documents a) Renewal Form which you have printed and Signedb) Payment receiptc) degree photo copy self attestation with signatured) Original Licensed/registration Certificate of council of architecture for renewal

Step – 3i) Take A/4 size envelop and put your all gathered document inside the envelop and seal it with proper gumming and cello tape respectively. Write your proper address and council of architecture address
