Our Lady of Mercy Parish is comprised of three structures. The overall condition of the parish buildings varies from average to above average. Additional investigations are recommended to address the deflection of the second floor at the rectory and the leakage at the west elevation of the lower level of the school. Several recent repairs have been performed at the church including roof repairs to address damage that occurred during a 2016 storm, select repointing at the east elevation and bell tower, window sealant replacement, asbestos floor removal at the bridge to the rectory, and select plumbing work. Similarly, repairs have been performed at the rectory within the last three years including roof replacements, select repointing, plumbing work, door hardware replacement, and re-sealing of the north parking lot. On-going repairs include bell tower gutter and drain repairs and interior repairs to the kitchen at the rectory. Terrazzo floor repairs have been performed by the tenant of the school.
