Partnership and Advantages ❖ The partnership goal between Renco and Waiward is to combine Renco’s global experience in

Engineering and Procurement with Waiward’s local shops and facilities to provide EPC services. Outcomes of this partnership will provide added value and price advantages to clients.

❖ All engineering for RENCO’s EPC contracts are developed in house, to allow full coordination of activities, including procurement and delivery, anticipating site engineering work and harmonizing all EPC activities to result in a price advantage for the client.

❖ RENCO’s EPC roles have been proven successful for all projects shown in the references to follow. In addition, since 1985, Renco, as an agent of Solar, for Italy, parts of Africa and Kazakhistan wasable to excute EPC contracts, and Joint venture Agreements with complete client satisfaction. Through these agreements Renco provided complete engineering, supplied all balance of plant, erection, comissioning and start-up of the various projects.

❖ Waiward’s local detailing facility and shops deliver full construction services and solutions, from detailing IFCs and shop fabrication, to performing trial assembly and preassembling modules. These efforts allow Waiward to minimize and eliminate rework, as well as to modify and suit urgent change requests.
