Renault Premium Long Distance has a digital display with a centralrev counter to give the driver the perfect view of every vital bit ofinformation: speed, brake pressure, engine speed, watertemperature, fuel level in the tank. Available in Basic and Comfortversions, it gives access to the different menus and warningmessages and many other functions.

PERFECT VISIBILITYRenault Premium Long Distance features a generously-dimensioned, unobstructed windshield, and low-cut side windowsto give the driver a panoramic view of the road and better sidevisibility at all times. This offers a level of comfort and safety that isjust as critical in urban traffic as it is for long-haul applications.

Two independent, anti-vibration rearview mirrors, a conventionalmain mirror and a wide-angle mirror, are mounted on both driverand passenger sides to give the driver an optimal field of vision to therear of the vehicle. A forward-facing mirror completes the high levelof visibility towards the front of the vehicle.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE BRAKESRenault Premium Long Distance is equipped with the latestgeneration of electronically controlled EBS (Electronic BrakingSystem). It makes hill starts easier but it can also check the brakesystem as well as the temperature of the brake discs at any time.

ESP (Electronic Stability Program) comes into play the moment thetruck loses contact with the road surface and takes control of eachwheel individually in order to stabilise the vehicle. The powertransferred to the steering wheels is reduced so as to minimise therisks of skidding off the road especially on wet surfaces or in corners.The Optibrake engine brake delivers a retardation power of 303 kWat 2 300 rpm, making it the most powerful and the most reliable inits class.Renault Premium Long Distance gives you the best braking systemon the market.

AIR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (APM)Renault Trucks breaks new ground with its electronic airmanagement system, Air Product Management. The upper surface of the chassis is smooth and unobstructed toavoid interference between bodywork and truck components.Sidemembers are pre-drilled so the rear crossmember can berepositioned to adjust the overhang.
