Building for the future

To transform society and the lives of disabled people by creating
equality in employment for the disabled, facilitating their access to
sustainable employment and careers and enabling them to achieve
their ambitions and maximise their potential.
Sustainable employment matters to disabled people’s
sense of purpose, contribution, health, income and
equal rights – and to the well-being of our families and
communities. It enables businesses to tap into talent
and society to benefit from everyone’s contribution.
