Deciding where to live and committing to a mortgage are some of the biggest decisions we all face in life.
A wrong decision can be a costly mistake that effects the ones we love dearest.
Its no wonder why so many of us will spend years stuck between a decision to remodel a home or to take on a relocation.
• On average our remodeling clients have been considering their remodeling 3+ years.

Step oneInventory needs and desires
An initial in home consultation to discuss the dreams, needs and concerns that will shape the remodeling project.
It will also include• An onsite walk through of the space to be remodeled.• Sketches, Creative ideas, and potential solutions• Feedback, based on our professional experience, on
the feasibility, construction issues and potential costs of the project.
• Information outlining typical remodeling costs and return on investment from industry experts.
• Budgeting and scheduling worksheet.• A questionnaire to help explore and record issues that
are important to remodeling the home and how you wish to live.
• An outline of the of our process for helping you go from idea to reality
• Construction, Banking and Real Estate references.
Step twoExplore Possibility and Price
• Review site restrictions related to the remodeling project
• Measure existing rooms effected by the project to prepare a computer drafted plan
• Review the completed questionnaire and collected imagery
• Photograph the home for use in developing the designs and to ensure a cohesive relationship between old and new construction.
• Create conceptual design sketches and plan(s) that explore the feasibility and potential of the project.
• Meet and review the initial design sketches and plans to discuss the projects potential.
• Provide a brief written description of the materials and quality levels expected for preliminary pricing
• Descriptive notes added to the preferred conceptual design reflecting the clients comments and concerns.
• Provide the conceptual design package to a qualified contractor for ball park pricing
Step threeEvaluate and Implement
• We will help review the budget pricing and offer interpretation, comments and suggestions
• Implement. equipped with information a vision and a realistic cost estimate a path can be chosen that best suits your needs. The options include:
• Remodel: LA will provide a proposal for completing the design process and assisting with the realization of the dream.
• Phased: Move the dream forward in manageable steps equipped with an overall vision to guide the process
• Relocate: We will refer realtors who can help begin the journey to finding the home that suits the dream.

(cost credited when steps 2 and 3 completed)
