When 12yearold McKenna received a basketballcatalog from Dick's Sporting Goods, she was verydisappointed to find that there were no girlathletes pictured. Instead, the girls in themagazine were resigned to the role of spectator.As a WNBA fan and basketball player herself,McKenna decided to write a letter to Dick's toexpress her disappointment. Then her Dadtweeted her letter. Then it went viral!
