sealsolution.CheckdataisimportedintoRelyco’scheck

printingsoftware,whichreformatsthedataontoless

expensiveblankpressuresealchecks.Thechecksare

thenprintedonhighspeedMICRprinters,whichprint

everythingonthechecksincludingtheMICRlineand

signatures.Finally,thechecksaresealedwithaRelyco

pressuresealmachine.

Usingthisimprovedsystem,theStateofNewHampshire

hasbeenabletoloweritscostsforchecks,convertfrom

continuoustolaserprintingandcutdowntheprocessing

timetoafractionofwhatitwasbefore.Infact,inrecent

timeswhentheamountofunemploymentcheckshas

increased,Relyco’ssystemhasenabledthemtoprintfour

timesthenumberofchecksperweekasbeforeata
