The following MyCMP compliance information is needed on Time-Limited task such as Overhaul and Replacement. Part Removal and Malfunction codes are used by Maintainability and Reliability to ensure vendor parts meet manufacturer specifications. This data helps Gulfstream provide the best part service possible to our customers and increase the reliability of our aircraft.

Enter Part Removal Code

Enter the appropriate removal code for the part. If the Removal Code is (B) Premature Failure, then a Malfunction Code must be entered. This information is used to track premature failures.

Select the Malfunction Code the best describes the type of malfunction


Enter Installed Part Status

Enter the installed Part Status from Vendor parts tag (i.e. 8130/Form 1)


Fields for Time Limited Components

The following task card information is mandatory for any Time Limited “Part” type MyCMP code, such as Overhaul and Replacement.

On components, the PN/SN Off should be same as part being removed from aircraft. Whenever there is a difference, you should mark out the incorrect, with the correct information and provide your initial on the card. You may also write correct part off information “at bottom” of Task card to ensure legibility. If this component is a time limited item, please notify the MyCMP Analyst so any potential tracking issues can be resolved. Note: Service Center policy may also require you to notify the inspector for customer follow-up.

If the same part is being installed that was removed, the actual part PN/SN should be written in the PN/SN “On” field. DO NOT write the words “Same”, “Same as above” or other notations to indicate Off fields apply to the PN/SN On fields. A physical verification of the part going back on is required and must be entered here to ensure the compliance PN/SN is updated correctly.

Installed Part Times

Input TSN/TSO fields from the 8130 tag or EASA Form 1 that is provided with the part. Whenever a part is tracked from an Install Date, the date from the 8130 or Form 1 should be used in this section.

Part Run Times for Time Limited Components

The following identify when Part Run Times are required and how they may be updated when filling out a Task Card.

Part Run Times for Time Limited Components

• Whenever the “Task Type” indicates “Replacement” or “Overhaul”. The compliance should include the Part Run time on the Task Card.

• Replacement requires Time Since New • Overhaul requires either Time Since New or Time Since Overhaul • Typical Part Run Times may be obtained from the following areas:

– 8130 Tags or other Vendor documents for New and Overhauled parts. – Airframe / Engine / APU logbook – MyCMP historical record (i.e. R&I, Overhaul, Discard, and Scrap)

Part run times are required when ever the “Task Type” indicates “Replacement” or “Overhaul”

The following task card information is mandatory on “Special Date” type codes. These Task Cards require a specific date to be recorded to track next due or expiration items correctly.

Some examples of cards that require Special Dates may include Hydrostat, Manufacture, Weight Check, Overhaul, and Expiration compliances. Please note that is the actual date the service was performed, not the next due date.

The following Task Card information is Mandatory on all Service Reply cards to record compliance status for Technical Bulletins.

Remark Codes (AD / CB / SB)


Bulletin Status: (C) Complied With

The Complied With box should be marked if the specific bulletin was complied with in accordance with the bulletin instructions.

Bulletin Status: (D) Decline

The Decline box should be marked if the action to accomplish a specific bulletin was declined by the aircraft owner/operator.


Bulletin Status: (P) Production Equivalent

The Production Equivalent box should be marked if the item was previously accomplished during the production phase of the aircraft. (ASC)

Remark Codes (AD / CB / SB / ASC)

Bulletin Status: (N) Not Applicable

The Not Applicable box should be marked if aircraft meets specific criteria stated in the bulletin and it does not apply or need to be accomplished (Effectivity, PN, SN, Date, etc.)


The following task card information is needed on Inspection and Service type MyCMP cards. Data gathered from Inspection and Service Remark Codes are part of the Continued Maintenance Program Monitoring effort. Remark Code selection can directly affect the future disposition of a task and/or its interval requirement. An increase or decrease in squawk reporting could relate directly to a task interval change.

Remark Codes (Inspection and Service)

Inspection Codes: (P) No Squawks

The No Squawks box should be marked if the inspection resulted in no discrepancies and no further actions are needed to return the aircraft to service.


Inspection Codes: (Q) Squawks Okay to

Defer

Squawks Okay to Defer may be marked if the squawk is cosmetic in nature or is deferrable per regulatory guidelines.


Inspection Codes: (R) Squawks Requiring

Immediate Action

Squawks Requiring Immediate Action should be marked if the Inspection resulted in discrepancies deemed as requiring a corrective action prior to the aircraft being returned to service.


Service Codes: (S) Component Change

Ops Check

Component Change Ops Check box should be marked if the specific task was accomplished in conjunction with a Component Change or Operational Check.


Service Codes: (V) Okay as is

Okay As Is box should be marked if no discrepancies are generated in performance of the task with no adjustments necessary, or there was no evidence that lubrication/servicing was missing or improperly performed in the past.


Service Codes: (W) Service Adjustment

Required

Service Adjustment Required box should be marked as follows: •For code procedures that contain adjustments to be made when observed settings are outside of a preferred value range: When adjustments have to be made to bring the system/component into established tolerance ranges, it should be viewed as a squawk. If there were no squawks when the procedure was performed, no adjustments would be necessary. •For lubrication/Servicing tasks: Select “OK AS IS” for typical lubrication/servicing. However, If during performance of the task, it is evident that lubrication/servicing was missing or improper prior to task accomplishment, it should be viewed as a squawk.


The following Mechanic/Inspector compliance sign-off information is mandatory on every MyCMP Task Card.

For Inspector the Repair Station Certificate number or Inspector Stamp must be entered in this box if the information is not contained on the side bar.


Inspector Date

For Inspector - Date must be entered into the Date field. This date is what will be used as the Compliance Date of the task, and calculates the next due for tracked items.
