The UNESCO has considered Kasbah Taourirt, which is in Ouarzazate, among the global human cultural heritage. Taourirt, which many tourists visit every year, is totally built in mud. Its rooms, whose walls are well-decorated, are large enough to contain more than 40 people each. This very famous Kasbah was built by Elglaoui, who was the Pasha of Marrakesh.
