What makes you feel stressed? What do you do to beat the stress?

Exam pressure makes people feel stressed. Friends and girlfriends also seem to make people feel stressed!

So what do people do to beat the stress? Some set goals and work hard to achieve them. Others get away from it all and go for a walk.
