ON THE 30TH JANUARY 2002, A SYSTEM OF ALTERNATIVE COLLECTIVE LABOR CONFLCIT’S RESOLUTION SYSTEM WAS CREATED IN THE DIRECCION DEL TRABAJO CALLED LABOR MEDIATION.

THE SYSTEMOF LABOR MEDIATION OF THE DIRECCION DEL TRABAJO DEPENDS FROM THE OPERATIVE AREA, SPECIFICALLY FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR RELATIONS.
