    Reports:

    Created a report to see work center wise Production Details for the selected period using tables ZTables.

    Created a report on Diamond Polish Sorting Cost, which displays Lot no, original Lot, plant ,Work center, sale Summery, Make summery, color summery and its Break ups.

    Created a report (Stock Ledger by Product Code/Stock Group) that lists stock quantities by productgroup.

    Created a report (Planning v/s Actual Production) that compares actual production done withplanned production.

    Created Parcel History Report that lists Material, Batch, Opening Cost, Closing Cost, MaterialsSupplied, Planned & Actual Delivery Times, Payments Terms and Prices.

    Created a Report to display a list of Purchase Requisitions with details like MRP Controller,Release Date and Unit of Measure along with standard details.

    Created a report to translate Material Details to Chinese Language using Transaction Code SE61.

    Created a report called single Diamond stone stock by using the tables MSKU, MKO1, MARA,MARC, MCHB, AUSP, CKMLCR, KNOP, CAWN to display material group, material, batchcharacteristics, size color, clarity, proportion and fluorescence.

    Created a report called Labor Billing, to display the labor charges, number of days, yield, roughmanufacturing carats, rough manufacturing pieces, polished pieces and polished carats usingtables T0011, T001W and Z Tables.

    Developed so far 30 new Reports (like Sales Register, Polish Sorting Cost, Back Date Entry,Customer Sales Register, Custom Wise Parcel Report, BOM Downloading etc.,)

    Also used translation tools like SE63 in our layouts like packing list, Invoice details, sale order cost,Quotation using smart forms, in which all the details will be displayed both in English as well asChinese languages. Contd..

    Making corrections to reports already created during implementation to current needs.

    Developed near to 5 Screens (Like Kariger Master Entry, Lot Creation, etc.,).

    Created report lists for the gross sales, credit returns, gross weight for the customer for the currentyear and comparing the same with that of the previous year for the same period. The data isselected from KNVV, BKPF, BSEG and MARA.

    Created commission report for the sales department sorted by sales representative. The data isextracted from VBAK, VBAP, KONV, and MARA tables

    Created an Interactive Report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection made thecorresponding Vendor Bank Details are listed such that the line selected in the basic list was

    visible along with the secondary listDesigned and coded a BDC program for Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order

    screen or will create New sales orders depending on the source data file from external systemsusing VA01 and VA02 transactions.

    Created reports in SD module such as sales order report, which covers all organization levels,delivery status, invoice status, shipping details and partner function details. The data wasextracted from VBAP, VBPA, VBAK, VBUP, VBFA, KNA1, LIPS, VBRP, MARA, VBEP andKONV tables.

    Created Reports for HR module like employee information system, appointment and resignationdetails, reporting to details &employee movement level (Hierarchy grade).

    Data Conversion:

    Using the BDC program uploaded the BOM, material master data from legacy system to SAP R/3using flat files.

    Uploaded Customer, Pricing, and purchase info records from legacy system to R/3

    Developed BDC programs to fix data.

    Designed and implemented data migration from Legacy system to SAP R/3 using BDC.

    Automatic data downloading from SAP to legacy system using BADI.(HR modules)

    SMARTFORMS:

    Layout set was modified for Invoice and its print program to list full box qty / prices and broken boxqty / prices in separate lines for the same line item.

    Modified the layout for Order confirmation and its print program to list full box qty / prices andbroken box qty / prices in separate lines for the same line item for the confirmed qty with thediscount %.

    Created a layout for labor billing.

    Created a layout to access multiple material documents by modifying earlier layout, which showed

    only a single material document.

    Work Done:

    Created a Module pool to display and modify data from customer table using table control withvalidations and search help.

    Several Existing Reports has fine tune.

    Data base tables has created and uploaded date through reports.

    Corrected several runtime errors in real time reports.

    This report is to list out sale order cost based on sale order number, by taking the values from

    Table VBAK, and referring the tables VBAP.LIPS, Sales Order Cost: EKKN, and EKPO.Merchandiser wise Expenses: This report is to list the expense details, of each merchandiser using

    a table VBAP, VBAK, and VBRK.

    Purchase order creation : This is to display the purchase order number, date of purchase,ItemDescription,VAT no, Rate,Quantity, Service Tax, terms and conditions and Total using ekko,ekpo, vbap and vbak.
