• Words like “cutting edge” and “efficient” were used by respondents to describe the NFC Phone.

• Nearly all respondents said they took the NFC Phone with them everywhere they went.

• Nearly all respondents would continue to use the NFC Phone if it became commercially available.

• 9 out of 10 trial participants would like to take up the Oyster functionality post trial

• many would be interested in additional functionality such as ticketing purchase and travel information

• 87% stated that availability of the ticketing service would be likely to influence their purchase of a new mobile phone

• Around two thirds say using the phone is more convenient than a normal Oyster card
