every step of the way! In addition to working with you on the menu selection, seating arrangements and guestroom accommodations, we are happy to offer suggestions on florists, photographers, musicians and any other special

touches that will make your event unforgettable.

West Chester Ballroom

The West Chester Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to four hundred (400) guests for wedding receptions. Wedding ceremony options

are also available and may be discussed with your Marriott Certified Wedding Planner.

Room Set-Up

Our professional staff will set the room with tables, chairs, linen, china, silver, and glassware for your guests. We also provide a head table for the wedding party, skirted gift and cake table, staging for entertainment or wedding party

table, and parquet dance floor.

Linens & Centerpieces

The Marriott North offers a selection of satin stripe table linens in your choice of white or black. Napkins and complimentary centerpieces are also

available. Centerpieces include one mirror tile, hurricane glass with tall white taper candle with up to three white votives. You also have the option of

acquiring your own floral centerpieces or using a combination.

You are welcome to make arrangements with the bakery of your choice for the wedding cake. Our experienced staff with cut and serve your cake at

The Cincinnati Marriott North would like to provide each guest at your reception with a complimentary champagne toast. We would also like to offer you a complimentary ice sculpture in the design of your choice for your cocktail reception. It is our pleasure to include complimentary chair

Lodging

We are pleased to offer discounted rooms for your wedding party and guests. We also include complimentary concierge suite for the bride and

groom the evening of your celebration as well as two additional complimentary guestrooms on the night of the reception.

Deposit & Guarantee

To confirm your reservation as definite, we request a one thousand dollar ($1,000) deposit at the time of signing. Confirmation of the number of guests to be served is required no later than three business days prior to the event. All hotel charges will be based upon the guaranteed number or the actual

number served, whichever is greater.

General Information

We look forward to serving you. Our staff will assist you in every way possible to prepare for a successful special occasion. The following will help us to ensure success. Confirmation for the number of guests to be served must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled function. Otherwise the hotel will consider your original expected number of people to be the guarantee for all charges. All hotel charges will be based upon the guaranteed number or the actual number served, whichever is greater. A 21% service charge & applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage ordered through the catering department, The Marriott reserves the right to inspect & control all parties, meetings, receptions etc. being held on the premises. The Marriott North strictly adheres to all Federal, State & Local Laws with regard to food & beverage purchases & consumption. All food & beverage must be purchased through the hotel. If the room herein reserved cannot be made available to the guest, the hotel reserves the right to substitute a similar or comparable room for the function. Such substitution shall be deemed by the guest as full performance. All prices are subject to change pending circumstances with notice. All functions require advance deposit. No reservation is firm until the deposit is received. All functions are to be paid with cash or credit card prior to the function. The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceiling with nails, staples, carpet tape or other substance. Please consult catering department for assistance in displaying of all materials. Special engineering requirements must be specified to our catering department at least three weeks prior to the function. Charges will be based on labor involved. A wide selection of audio-visual equipment & services are available through an in-house supplier on a rental basis. Order may be placed through the Catering department. .
