RAUVOLET vetro-line is kitchen design of the highest level and brings the fascination of glass into the kitchen.

With this system REHAU has perfectly combined the ease of installation and the excellent running proper-ties of tried and tested REHAU cassette systems and the design aspect of glass.

The slats are produced from ESg (tempered safety glass). They withstand high loads and do not graze. Using 50 mm wide slat RAUVOLET vetro-line creates a harmonious, translucent and two-dimensional front. The material is easy to clean – the same applies to the frame profiles in cool aluminium and steel finish, which complete the high-quality look. REHAU expertise is also hidden behind the slats: in the form of the clever and tried and tested C5 vertical counterbalance mechanism.

The desire for openness, transparency and space-related flexibility in architecture combined with the changing nature of the modern workplace, has unbalanced the previously good and acoustically discrete office environment. RAUVOLET acoustic-line consists of a special profile geometry with continuously punched holes in the front face, behind which sits an acoustic non-woven fleece. The acoustic fleece inside the profile acts as an absorption material soaking up the sound wave energy when it enters the profile, and at the same time preventing it from re-emerging. As a result RAUVOLET acoustic-line absorbs up to 80% of the sound which hits it when used in a cabinet. In comparison to a conventional cabinet, acoustic-line has almost 7x the absorption capacity.

The special feature of the product is its linear absorption across the whole frequency range. The patented broadband absorber is especially effective at absorbing deep and high tones, but also in the important speech relevant frequency ranges.
