The Assignment – to develop a sales program and marketing strategy that would deliver all Studio units to the Receiver before the summer season ended (6 weeks time.) Our advertising group developed the print ads, radio campaign, video and web site in 3 weeks, Sponsoring Kavi Mushaira held by Humari Association in UAE.

Our PR group made sure that every media covered the phenomenon. The campaign, which included eblasts, call centre, sales set-up swung into full gear to work with the 4000+ responses. Three weeks later a staff of 50 greeted prospective buyers at a ONE DAY SALE. The Results – A spectacular success, that netted 46 sales in one-day.

Rehaish was appointed by Wave Infra, the planner for a massive project in the heart of Noida, recipient to sell the remaining all suites at the LIVORK Studios – a Wave Infra City Centre project.
