in March 2013 Legislation was proposed in the Ohio House to

regulate the disposal of drilling wastes from gas and oil exploration

Revision of Ohio’s solid waste statute (aka: HB 592) Update the way solid waste is handled and disposed

in Ohio considering changes in technology; management and disposal practices; and the experiences from all interested parties
