PIBNew Delhi, May 4 The Union Public Service Commissionheld a special meeting today to review thesituation after the second phase of thenation-wide lockdown due to COVID-19.Taking notice of the extension ofrestrictions, the Commission decided thatit will not be possible to resumeexaminations and interviews at thepresent. The Civil Services (Preliminary)Examination, 2020, scheduled to be held onMay 31, 2020 therefore stands deferred.Since this examination also serves as thescreening test for the Indian Forest ServiceExamination, the schedule for the IndianForest Service Examination has also beendeferred. The situation will be reviewedagain on May 20, 2020 and fresh dates forthese examinations shall be notified on theUPSC website in due course. The Commission has already deferredthe personality test for remainingcandidates for the Civil ServicesExamination, 2019, notification for theIndian Economic Service/Indian StatisticalService Examination, 2020, notification forthe Combined Medical ServicesExamination, 2020, notification for theCentral Armed Police Forces Examination,2020 and the NDA & Naval AcademyExamination, 2020. Any person engaged directly or indirectly in the manufacture, production, supply, import or distribution ofcigarettes or any tobacco products shall ensure that all tobacco product packages shall have the specifiedhealth warnings exactly as prescribed.

Violation of the above mentioned provision is a punishable offence with imprisonment or fine as prescribedin Section 20 of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation ofTrade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003.

Fry the dried redchilly peppers, cashews, urad dal, chana dal, and mustard seed in thehot oil until the cashews are golden brown, about 5 minutes.Sprinkle the asafoetida powder into the skillet. Add the onion,green chilly peppers, and curry leaves to the mixture; cook and stiruntil the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.Pour the water into the skillet along with the tomato, ginger, andsalt; bring to a boil.Gradually pour the semolina into the mixture in a thin stream,stirring continually.
