Registration Workflow

Ensure the top says IES Group

Insert Student ID#000_________

Make sure that the ID matches the student you are registering.

To see a student’s schedule, you can click “Schedule”

Registration Tab – Adding A course

Session will be MAIN + (Month)

The course is all CAPS with a space between the letters and numbers:ENGL 1003

Section will be a 3 digit code (i.e. 130) unlike in this example.

Registration Tab – Dropping A course

Session will be MAIN + (Month)

The course is all CAPS with a space between the letters and numbers:ENGL 1003

Section will be a 3 digit code (i.e. 130) unlike in this example.

To drop a course, click the drop down menu and select “Drop”.

No reason is specifically required but can be used for tracking purposes.

Registration Tab – Wait Lists

To put a student on a wait list, click the drop down menu and select “Wait”.

Wait lists are monitored by the Registrar’s office. Students will be placed in the class when a spot opens. They will then be notified.

To drop a course in transcript, you will choose the add/drop drop down menu and select “Drop”.
