Camp Details: Camp runs from 8:00am – 12:00pm daily. Please arrive early (7:30am) the first day of camp

(June 10th) for check in. We will have a 15 min break for a snack. Please bring your own snack.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT WHICH SESSION YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR We will separate

campers by levels of experience to help maximize each camper’s overall camp experience. To do so please check which

session you are registering for at the top of the registration form.

FUNDAMENTAL Session – This session will be for beginners with 1-3 years of experience who are looking to

improve their skills, gain educational mat time and have fun during a week of exciting wrestling activities, drills, games and

live wrestling. This camp best suits the needs of young, beginner - intermediate wrestlers.

ADVANCED Session – This session will be for the SERIOUS, ATTENTIVE, wrestlers who are ready to train,

practice, drill and compete. Camp will focus on wrestling techniques, systematic drilling, conditioning, technical

analysis, mental training, diet & nutrition and live wrestling. This session will best suit the needs of athletes serious about

wrestling and competing at a high level. This session is preferably Grades 6th -12th.

CAMP PRICE: $125 Registration fee: The below discounts are available: $10 early registration discount if post-marked on or before 4/1/19 $15 sibling discount per/wrestler $25 team discount for team of 7 or more. Contact Vertus for approval. $35 team discount for North Hills Wrestlers
