National Wages and Productivity Commission The National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) is the advisory body to the President of the Philippines and Congress on matters relating to wages, income and productivity. It exercises technical and administrative supervision over the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards. It is composed of the following: A) Ex-Officio Chairman - Secretary of Labor B) Ex-Officio Vice-Chairman - Director General of the NEDA C) Members: a) Executive Director of the NWPC b) Two Members from the workers sector; and c) Two Members from the employers sector The members representing labor and management shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines upon recommendation of the Secretary of Labor and Employment
