This year has seen the forums move into the new POD structure with 90% club attendance with key actions

We have seen the introduction of the North Wales newsletter and the Hockey Insider to keep members up to date with progress

Agents have been working with LA’s and specific clubs but this will be formalised over the next year and directed by POD’s

Discussions are on going with 2 LA’s and we have signed delivery agreements with 3

Membership increase of 723

Indoor league will run this December

NW Wales League ran in the Summer with 8 clubs involved

1 Satellite hockey site set up

6 clubs running Back2hockey

Hockey Agent’s working across NW in network approach

Club coach support through 360 centres and ran a coach engagement day

7678 participant opportunities through HA delivery in schools with links to 10 clubs

Club details handed out during schools visit’s and distributed through schools

Every POD has a gold YA, Silver is being rolled out as we speak

Full Hockey Agent coverage equating to 67 hours a week

4689 has been rolled out in 9 area’s 50 teachers trained

North Wales part of website up and running

Online forum launched

All clubs information is shared with schools and children through all of our events, some clubs have proactively sent information on that has appeared on our website

• An 8 month plan will be in place to take us up to April 14

• A yearly plan will come into affect from April 14 inline with Hockey Wales and Sport Wales planning cycle

8 month priorities

1. Ensure all action groups are appropriately populated with clear objectives

2. Pilot the indoor league

3. Research Purpose of Men’s league

4. Improve understanding and raise the profile of 360 for players and workforce and start to research North West Wales requirements

5. Roll out volunteer campaign
