Implementation • Guideline as to the placement of the IWB’s
• Guidelines as to investment sequencing, i.e. which classrooms should be equipped first for example subject specific classrooms like science classes, staff room etc.
• Guideline courses/training• A guide to specific pedagogical courses aimed at training the educational staff
both in general and pedagogical use of whiteboards.• A guide as to the linking of the whiteboard with a teacher’s home pc or laptop and
installation of the pedagogical software.• Guidelines as to investment sequencing, i.e. which classrooms should be equipped
first for example subject specific classrooms like science classes, staff room etc.• A guide for an IT development strategy with focus on IWB.
Service and support on a day-to-day basis• A proposal for a service and maintenance regime.• Concrete guide as to the expert training of
pedagogical support staff and/or super users.• A guide for setting up a well functioning system of
pedagogical support for teachers from pedagogical super users.
From IWB to a digital mindset: • Presentation and discussion of the national it-strategies
in Denmark and Sweden• How do we include this dimension in the project?• How do we disseminate this dimension via our website?
