This service includes but is not limited to the payment of vendors on behalf of

Client and the provision/ reimbursement of cash floats, expenses or stipends.

Please note this service is only offered when candidates are employed on

contract through Regency.

Relocation

Successful and productive adjustment to a new country requires specialized

assistance. Regency’s relocation services support visiting expatriates and

their families, reducing the stress of adapting and ensuring that employees

Health Insurance For long term contracted staff, Regency can provide assistance in the

administration of health plan services through our provider Sagicor.

TT$300/person per month

Meeting Room Regency offers a comfortable and professional meeting room for groups of up

to 5 persons, for meetings and interviews. The rental fee includes coffee, tea,

internet access and waiting room facilities.

Interview

Job seekers who require our assistance in securing new employment, whether

temporary or permanent, must register with Regency. This professional

screening process includes a one-on-one interview with an experienced

consultant, reference checking and basic personality and skills testing. Once

this process is complete, the individual is ‘on our books’ and we shall begin to

consider them for opportunities with Clients.

Consultation

A job seeker’s resumé should be modern, relevant and highly effective.

Regency shares techniques to improve the impact of this important

instrument, and in addition to consultation, can assist with a re-working of

the resumé to present you with an updated and professional version to

master the job hunt.

Issue of Bonuses

This service refers to the issue of invoices for bonuses and commission, and

Travel We can coordinate travel arrangements for contract staff, including, but not

limited to, hotel bookings and liaison with travel agents. Cost excludes the

actual costs associated with the travel (e.g. airfare, car hire or hotel) and fee is

for local calls only. Overseas calls shall be charged additionally.

B. DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF ADVERTISEMENT IN PRINT AND SOCIAL MEDIA

1. Design and place local newspaper (no TV or radio) advertisements, including liaison with media houses.

2. Client logo not to be used unless specifically requested and approved by Client.

3. Advertisements shall include Regency contact information as receiving address for applications.

4. Advertisements will also be placed on Regency social media and website, as well as Caribbeanjobs.com.

NB: Regency shall forward all ad responses to Client without reviewing / screening any applicants.

TT$3,000 plus media

C. CV REVIEW

1. Design and place advertisement

3. Forward recommended applicants, based on comparison of candidate experience and qualifications to

Client specified requirements.

NB: No interview or reference checks.

OPTION B plus:

Up to 50 CVs = TT$3,500

51-100 CVs = TT$4,500

101 – 150 CVs = TT$5,500

151 - 200 CVs = TT$7,500

200+ CVs = TBC

D. CV REVIEW AND REFERENCE CHECKS

3. Forward recommended applicants, based on comparison of candidate experience and qualifications to

Client specified requirements.

4. Client shall be sent a short list of recommended candidates, along with Regency assessments.

NB: No reference checks shall be done and unsuitable CVs may be kept by Regency for other vacancies.

F. INTERVIEWS AND REFERENCE CHECKS

1. Design and place advertisement.

2. Receive all advertisement responses.

3. Conduct interviews of those who meet specified criteria.

4. Reference checks on short-listed candidates shall be conducted.

5. Client shall be sent profiles of recommended candidates, along with Regency interview assessments and

reference results.

OPTION B plus:

TT$2,000 per applicant

The list of services herein is presented as a guide, and is not exhaustive. We would be happy to provide you with pricing for any services

not mentioned.

All costs are subject to VAT of 12.5%.

All Regency invoices are payable within thirty (30) days.

All services are subject to our Terms of Business January 2016.

Regency reserves the right to charge interest on all late payments.

All advertising design, layouts and placement are subject to Client’s approval.

All media costs are additional and shall be met by Client in addition to Regency fees. Regency shall pay media houses advance of Client

payment, and Client is expected to pay all Regency invoices within 7 days of issue.

All payments are to be made to Regency Recruitment and Resources Limited.
