NIELIT Patna is executing a training programme for Group-‘C’ and secretariat Employees Bihar Government. NIELIT Patna conducting this training and proficiency exam through its authorized training centres in various districts of Bihar and also provides certificate to successful employees. NIELIT Patna has to impart training through authorized training centres at the district, sub- division and block level.

Hence, NIELIT Patna centre is looking forward to associate more training partners/centres at district, sub division and block levels, for the successful implementation of Bihar Government ETP (Employee Training Program) Project.

Therefore, NIELIT Patna centre invites the EOI (Expression of interest) from

interested training institutes in Bihar for Group-C Employee Training Program Project with detail as mentioned below: -

1. Non- Refundable Fees for inspection of Centre - Rs. 5000/-

(In favor of NIELIT PATNA CENTRE payable at PATNA)

2.Last date for Submission - 15-June-2016 Note: - Interested institutes who fulfill minimum requirements are required to submit DD of Rs. 5000 with the EOI (letter of intent) For format of EOI (Letter of Intent) refer Annexure 1.0 For Minimum Requirements refer Annexure 1.1

Format of E.O.I (Letter of Intent) <Over Letter head with stamp & signature of respective centre> Date: To, The Director In-charge, NIELIT- Patna Centre, Subject: - Expression of Interest (E.O.I) for interested training institutes to become a training partner for Bihar Group-C Employee Training Program Project. Sir, Our Institute <Centre Name & Complete Address> is a facilitation centre having NIELIT CCC No.- _____________. A copy of approval letter of Facilitation Centre received from NIELIT HQ is attached here with for your reference along with DD of Rs. 5000 in favour of NIELIT PATNA CENTRE. We fulfill your requirements to become a training partner/centre for Bihar Group-C Employee Training Program Project. I am submitting expression of interest for involving our Institute in Bihar Group-C Employee Training Program Project under NIELIT Patna Centre. You are requested to kindly do the needful at your end.

Instruction to fill E.O.I.:-

• Download the notification

• Copy the content from Annexure 1.0 & Paste the content in MS Word & print it over the letter head of centre. Please do not change the subject line mention in EOI format.

• It is mandate to fill the CCC/BCC number.

• Fill the content which is Italic style.

• Send us the hard copy of E.O.I. along with the DD of Rs 5000 in favour of NIELIT

PATNA CENTRE payable at PATNA.

• Last date of E.O.I submission is 15-June-2016 after which no E.O.I will be accepted.

Annexure 1.1 Minimum Requirements

• Institute must have NIELIT Delhi CCC affiliation.

• Should have at least One Lab, One classroom, Separate toilet for Male and Female.

• Power Backup: Generator must be 10 KVA or 5 KVA. • Power Backup: UPS must be 10 KVA or 5 KVA. • Should have at least 20 Stand-Alone PC (desktop only). • Should have at least 2MBPS BB (Broadband) speed. • Webcam/IP camera must be installed in all computers. • At least number of faculties must be - Two.

• Faculty qualification should be at least MCA/NIELIT B

Level or PGDCA/NIELIT O OR A Level.

NOTE: - Institutes who does not fulfill the Minimum requirements as mentioned in Annexure 1.1 will not be entitled to be the Training Partner for Bihar Group-C Employee Training Program (ETP) Project.
