Booking terms

Holding Deposit: If you wish to proceed with your wedding booking a non refundable $2000 or 10% deposit

whichever is greater will secure the date.

Balance Deposit: 50% of the estimated value (less the holding deposit already paid) is due six 6 months

prior to your wedding date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

Security Bond (Refundable): $2,000 payable by credit card. Due 14 days prior to your wedding.

Notes

A minimum spend of $ applies to your date. This can be reached via the package price and food &

beverage upgrades only.

Third party suppliers & ceremony packages do not contribute towards the minimum spend.

Package pricing is based on a minimum of 100 adult guests

Please note trestle tables are strictly limited to availability.

If trestle tables are in use at Cargo Hall the evening of your wedding, you will be required to hire these at a cost

of approximately $25 per table + approximately $500 delivery.

Round tables are included as standard.
