Customer Program Referral Rules & Intentions 1. Home-Tech’s intention is to ONLY sign up “Agents” that believe Home-Tech is, in fact, the best choice. 2. An “Agent” IS NOT an employee of Home-Tech. The “Agent’s” only function in this program is to pass referrals on to Home-Tech Representatives. 3. “Agents” are under no obligation to only refer Home-Tech. In fact, “Agents” are encouraged to refer multiple, qualifying companies. Home-Tech’s job is to earn the business. 4. All “Agents” must have a signed “Referral Agreement” on file which states all terms and conditions of the Referral Program. Program will be administered according to all State and Federal laws.
