A perfect mobile "test bench", the "Pro Relay Box" can be used to check the smooth running of 3 functions (gaseous release - pressure - temperature) of the protection relay (DGPT2, DMCR and RIS) of any oil distribution transformer. It is the only box which has been specifically designed with the designers of thoses relays. It therefore has no equivalent anywhere.

4 "Packs*" available...• Pack 1Objective: To know the dielectric quality level. To characterize the level of quality of the liquid dielectric influencing the transformer’s efficiency (breakdown voltage, water content, acidity, colour index and appearance).

• Pack 2+ (Pack 1 and measurement of dissolved gases)Objective: To characterize internal fault properties (dissolved gases) for enhanced prevention of electrical or thermal problems.

• Pack 3 (Pack 2+ + furan derivatives)Objective: To check the solid insulation performance in order to pre-empt damage at the coil level (furan derivatives).

• Pack 4 (Pack 3 + particle counting + tangent delta and resistivity)Objective: To perform a complete check-up on the transformer (dissolved gases, thermal emission), characterize elements in suspension and the polar compounds of the dielectric for maximum safety.
