I have worked with Ben Brown as a fellow computer tech providing customer response and

troubleshooting to University of the Pacific for two years. In that time I have observed Ben

in a wide range of interpersonal and technical work situations. Ben’s work ethic is

excellent, he is always on time or early and only leaves when he is scheduled to do so.

While working Ben is very calm and pays excellent attention to detail. He is always very

courteous and able to work with even the most frustrated customers with good humor and
