Her discussions were always thoughtful and helped everyone in the classroom to understand the concepts more completely. She showed leadership in her ability to organize and motivate her team members to complete team projects in a timely manner. This is always tricky in an online class. She reached out to other students and welcomed them into the team environment. I am impressed by Rita’s ability to learn quickly and apply it to concepts from her experience in the workplace.
