EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES*

REFERRING EMPLOYEE MUST:

• Know the person being referred.

• Be an active employee or an employee currently in seasonal inactive status (SIS).

• Be in good standing at time of payment.

REFERRED EMPLOYEE MUST:

• Have current authorization to work in the United States.

• Be a new candidate from an external source:

- Not a transfer from another Vail Resorts department.

- Not worked for Vail Resorts in the prior one season.

- Not from a Vail Resorts recruiting event such as a job fair.

• Apply online at vailresortscareers.com, answer “yes” to the “Referred by a Vail Resorts employee?” question,

and insert the employee’s first and last name in the required field.

• Complete the standard recruitment process and successfully work at Vail Resorts for at least 30 days.

OTHER TERMS:

• Payment to referring employee occurs in the pay cycle following 30 days after referred employee’s start date.

• Employees may make multiple referrals and are eligible for multiple referral awards.

• Employees grade 28 and above and all TA team members are encouraged to make referrals, but are ineligible to receive

incentive payments.

• Vail Resorts reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time.
